1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Sahara Player Pro ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

Sahara Player Pro is a media player application that allows users to access IPTV content via M3U playlists and Xtream Codes API. Sahara Player Pro does not provide any IPTV content, channels, movies, or series directly. All content is provided by third-party IPTV service providers.

Sahara Player Pro is solely a technical tool for playing media streams. The user is responsible for ensuring that any content accessed through the Application complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must only use the Application with content to which you have legal rights or authorization.
• You are responsible for your own IPTV subscription and any fees charged by your IPTV provider.
• You must not use the Application for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Application.
• You must not share your device credentials or playlists with unauthorized third parties.

4. Device Activation & Subscription

Each physical device requires a separate activation. A free 7-day trial is provided upon first activation. After the trial period, continued use requires a valid subscription managed by the service administrator.

We reserve the right to ban devices that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior without prior notice or refund.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Sahara Player Pro Application, including all intellectual property rights, are owned by Sahara Player Pro Company. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Application without express written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sahara Player Pro is provided "as-is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Application, including but not limited to loss of data, interruption of business, or technical failures.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
